Eligibility Services

Service of the site/app /app would be available to only select geographies in India. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the site/app. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age you may use the site/app only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. If your age is below 18 years your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users. Account & Registration Obligations

All shoppers must register and login for placing orders on the site/app. You must keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site/app. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer can opt out either by unsubscribing in “My Account” or by contacting the customer service.

Pricing

All the products listed on the site/app will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery not additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

You Agree and Confirm

  1. That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by the Company for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
  2. That you will use the services provided by the site/app, its affiliates, consultants, and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the site/app.
  3. You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Company reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement. Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by F2R and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Bangalore. The High Court of judicature at Bangalore alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

Reviews, Feedback, Submissions

All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to the site/app on or by this site/app or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this site/app (collectively, the “Comments”) shall be and remain the property of F2R. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to F2R of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.

Termination

This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or F2R. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this site/app. F2R may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the site/app, Such termination will be without any liability to F2R. Upon any termination of the User Agreement by either you or F2R, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this site/app, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the User Agreement or otherwise. F2R’s right to any Comments shall survive any termination of this User Agreement. Any such termination of the User Agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the site/app or affect any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement.

Farm2Retail (F2R) Recharge Bonus Program: (TERMS & CONDITIONS)

  1. The Program is managed and operated by Farm2Retail AgroPvt. Ltd.
  2. To avail the benefits of the Wallet, F2R Wallet should be used as the payment mode.
  3. Only one wallet can be used on a single invoice.
  4. The F2R Bonus Recharge program is applicable only to Retail customers transacting at F2R App/Web only.
  5. The F2R Customers’ needs to load an amount of minimum of Rs 10,000, to amounts of Rs. 20,000 & Rs. 25000/- which will be credited in the Wallet.
  6. Farm2Retail AgroPvt. Ltd. will add an amount of Rs 500, Rs. 1250/- & Rs. 2,500/- respectively as a cashback Bonus in the wallet.
  7. F2R Retail Customers need to entire amount within a period of 1 month loaded via the F2R Recharge Bonus program.
  8. F2R Bonus membership is non-transferable, and amount deposited is non- negotiable and non-redeemable by cash.
  9. Disqualification of a F2R Bonus Retail Customer, arising out of their misconduct, fraud and misuse of F2R Bonus or act in a manner inconsistent with any central/state/local laws, statutes or ordinances may result in immediate termination of F2R Bonus membership and cancellation of all benefits. Any F2R Bonus member so disqualified shall not be entitled to avail of Program Benefits after such disqualification.
  10. Farm2Retail Agro Pvt Ltd shall reserve the right to offer the Program by invitation to any Prospective F2R Bonus Retail Customers as it may deem fit. Membership to the Program is at the sole discretion of Farm2Retail AgroPvt. Ltd. and it may refuse membership to any applicant without assigning any reasons.
  11. Unused wallet amount in a particular month will be carried forward to the next month.
  12. However, unused Reward/ Bonus cashback will NOT be carried forward to next month. Cashback Bonus amount valid for 1 calendar month only &expires at the end of every month.

 

  1. The Bonus amount is non-refundable

 

  1. Usage of F2R Recharge Bonus cannot be clubbed with any other benefits issued by Farm2Retail Agro Pvt Ltd., through other program/offers.

 

  1. The F2RWallet Retail Customer agrees that by using the F2R Bonus Wallet, he/she has read and understood the term and condition of program and confirm that he/she is bound by these terms and conditions and any changes to it from time to time and such other terms as specified by Farm2Retail AgroPvt.Ltd. from time to time.

 

  1. Farm2Retail AgroPvt. Ltd shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfil any of its obligations under this terms and conditions due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone, or any other acts of God of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, or governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/intervention/direction /prohibition or change in law or for any technology/network failure or any other reasons beyond its control.

 

  1. Farm2Retail AgroPvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately.

 

  1. In case of any dispute, the decision of Farm2Retail AgroPvt. Ltd., Farm2Retail AgroPvt. Ltd., shall be final and binding on all concerned and Courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive Jurisdiction.

 

  1. Eligibility to earn cashback Bonus will be at the discretion of the company.

 

  1. The cashback amount is subject to change without prior intimation.
